Nicole Child received her law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1996 and a Bachelor degree in management, with honors, from St. Mary’s College in 1992. Ms. Child joined the firm in 2008 with over ten years’ experience in civil litigation, trial and appellate work, specializing in personal injury, premise liability, dental malpractice and construction defect cases. Ms. Child teaches constitutional law at Lincoln Law School, San Jose, and is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association.
