Ms. Sutherland received her B.A. in Political Science from University of California Santa Barbara in 1991 and graduated from Southwestern University College of Law in 1995. Her practice has been devoted to defending lawyers and accountants and handling business and real estate cases. She studied two years at a university in Germany and she speaks German fluently. Ms. Sutherland is a triathlete who has successfully completed numerous triathlons, including an Ironman.
