Michael Marx joined the firm in 2003 after more than 25 years in practice in San Francisco and Oakland. He primarily represents architects, engineers, owners, developers and contractors on construction-related issues, including contract formation, project management, loss prevention and dispute resolution. Mr. Marx has tried, arbitrated and mediated cases in various venues throughout California. He also serves as a mediator for construction, business and insurance disputes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Marx received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1974, and graduated cum laude from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1977.
